PRIVACY POLICY

Effective 3 September 2026. Pressure Washing Quotes is operated by Bluewater Pressure Washing Pty Ltd, ABN 16 685 580 652 (“PWQ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through Pressure Washing Quotes.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect the information you provide when requesting quotes, including your name, telephone number, email address, property location, selected services, job details, preferred number of quotes, messages and any photos you upload. We may also collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the website.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to review and manage your request, match it with suitable pressure washing or exterior-cleaning service partners, help those partners contact you and provide quotes, communicate with you about the request, prevent misuse and maintain our business records.

WHEN WE SHARE IT

When you give quote-sharing consent, we may share each selected quote type with the number of trusted service partners you requested, up to three. We do not authorise more partners than the number you selected. Each service partner is an independent business and receives the information only to assess, contact you about and quote for the relevant work.

PHOTOS

Photos are optional. Photos you provide may be made available to the service partners matched to the relevant quote request. We do not publish your photos or use them in advertising without separate permission.

STORAGE AND SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Some technology providers may process or store information outside Australia as part of providing hosting, messaging, storage or related services.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our quote form from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where applicable. We may retain information where reasonably required for business, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

MARKETING

Submitting a quote request does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If we introduce optional marketing communications, they will require a separate choice and will include an unsubscribe method.
