TERMS OF USE

Effective 3 September 2026. Pressure Washing Quotes is operated by Bluewater Pressure Washing Pty Ltd, ABN 16 685 580 652 (“PWQ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

QUOTE REQUESTS

Submitting the form requests quotes; it is not a booking and does not require you to accept any quote. A booking exists only when you and a service partner separately agree on the work, price, timing and any other conditions.

NUMBER OF QUOTES

You may request one, two or three quotes. We may share each selected quote type with no more than the number of trusted service partners you selected. We aim to provide the requested number, but partner availability means we cannot guarantee that every request will receive that many responses.

INDEPENDENT SERVICE PARTNERS

Service partners are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, licences where required, insurance, availability, conduct, workmanship, warranties and obligations to you. PWQ helps connect customers and service partners but is not a party to any agreement you make with a service partner.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to tell the service partner about relevant access issues, fragile surfaces, hazards or material changes before work begins. You must have permission to provide any property details or photos submitted through the form.

PRICES AND INSPECTIONS

Any quote or estimate is provided by the relevant service partner. A partner may need further information or a property inspection before confirming a final price. If the site conditions or work required differ from the information provided, the partner may revise or withdraw its quote before a booking is agreed.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We take reasonable care to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular number of partner responses or that a suitable provider will be available in every location.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful requests, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful, infringing or misleading content.
